I’m Joyce,

My career path has been anything but linear.

Starting as a dental receptionist, I became a mature university student, graduating as a dentist at 34.
I built a seven-figure dental practice from the ground up.
I’ve presented at international conferences, taught students, and published research proving the link between dental fear and children’s cognition.
I earned a Master’s in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy and have navigated multiple international moves, learning firsthand the challenges (and rewards) of transition.
Each chapter of my career led me to become a specialist in the psychology of founders- helping women understand and transform the thinking that drives their business.

From building a seven figure business to researching human behaviour and cognition, I’ve seen first hand how internal patterns shape external outcomes.
